Ms. He Aiqin has large experience in handling mergers, acquisitions and financial transactions as well as local Chinese commercial and financial dispute resolution cases.

In the areas of M&A and project finance, her skills are the result of her vast experience in banking financing operations, first as an in-house at one of the largest Chinese banks (the ABOC or Agricultural Bank of China), and later as consultant to two of the “big 4 Chinese banks”. This background has also served her to provide strategic services to foreign banks in China (i.e. State Bank of India). She has also helped and advised large Chinese banks in their outbound set up and investment strategies.

In the commercial and financial dispute resolution area, she outstands as one of the most successful attorneys in China, representing large public and private companies in various litigation cases for clients such as Sainty Group, Jiangsu Tiandi Group, Tianma Group, Blue Baboo Corporation, Jintan Casing Co., Chengtai Investment Group, Jiangsu Tianli Group, Jiangsu Lengzhen Group, Jiangsu Jangdon, Dr. Reddy China, Zhongyuan Developers Co., Teewwissen Group, Sanjing International Group, and many others.

She has also advised these big business groups in their mining investments in Africa (Nigeria) and currently in Latin America (Chile).
